Introduction
The general arc chamber structure design : the arc chamber of the circuit breaker are mostly designed in grid arc extinguishing mode. The grid is made of with 10# steel plate or Q235. To avoid rust the plate can be coated with copper or zinc, some are nickel plating. The size of the grid and the grid in the arc is: the thickness of the grid (iron plate) is 1.5~2mm, the gap between the grids (interval) is 2~3mm, and the number of grids is 10~13.

Product Characteristic

The support of arc chamber grid is made of melamine glass cloth board, melamine formaldehyde plastic powder, red steel board and ceramics, etc. And vulcanized fiber board,polyester board, melamine board, porcelain (ceramics) and other materials are more used overseas. vulcanized fiber board is poor in heat resistance and quality, but the vulcanized fiber board will release a kind of gas under arc burning, which helps to extinguish the arc; Melamine board performs better, the cost is relatively high, and ceramics can not be processed, the price is also expensive.

① How to customize the arc chute?
Customer offers the sample or technical drawing, our engineer will make few samples for testing in 2 weeks. We will start making the mould after customer checks and confirms the sample.
② How long we take to make a new arc chute？
We need 15 days to make sample for confirming. And making a new mould needs about 45 days.
