Introduction

Product Characteristic

Based on the principle of arc extinguishing, to choose the reasonable arc extinguishing system, that is, the structure design of arc extinguishing chamber.

The structure of the metal grid arc chamber : the arc chamber is equipped with a certain number of steel plates (magnetic materials) of 1~2.5mm thickness. The surface of the grid is zinc, copper or nickel plated. The role of electroplating is not only to prevent rust, but also to increase the arc extinguishing ability (copper plating on steel sheet is only a few μm, it will not affect the magnetic conductivity of steel sheet).  Copper plating and zinc plating have the same function in breaking current. But when plated by copper, the heat of the arc will make the copper powder run to the contact head, make it into copper silver alloy, which will cause bad consequences.  Nickel plating perform well, but the price is high.  During installation, the upper and lower grids are staggered, and the distance between the grids is optimized according to different circuit breakers and different short-circuit breaking capabilities.
